18 December 2006 Pursuit Dynamics plc (the `Company') Listing application
Pursuit Dynamics plc announces that an application has been made for 87,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each (the 'New Ordinary Shares'), which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. The New Ordinary Shares have been issued and allotted following exercise of options by employees pursuant to the Pursuit Dynamics Share Option Plan 2001
It is expected that admission will become effective on 21 December 2006.
