4 January 2005 Pursuit Dynamics plc (the `Company') Additional Listing Pursuit Dynamics plc announces that 23,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each (the'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted following an exercise ofoptions by employees of the Company pursuant to the Pursuit Dynamics ShareOption Plan 2001.
