Pursuit Dynamics PLC05 July 2006 5 July 2006 Pursuit Dynamics plc (the 'Company') Additional Listing Pursuit Dynamics plc announces that 66,667 new ordinary shares of 1p each (the'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted on 30 June 2006 followingan exercise of options by employees of the Company pursuant to the PursuitDynamics Share Option Plan 2001. The New Ordinary Shares were exercised at33.5p (20,000 shares) and 37p (46,667 shares) per share. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank paripassu with the existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM, andadmission is expected to take place at 8 a.m. on 7 July 2006.
