Galasys announces that it was notified on 20 April 2015 that Netrove Ventures Corporation ("Netrove"), a company owned by Teh Kim Seng (the Company's Non-Executive Chairman), signed an agreement on 20 April 2015 to purchase 1,200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 30 pence per share, representing approximately 1.57% of the Company's issued share capital. Following the purchase, Netrove will hold 11.13 % of the Company's issued share capital.

Kim Seng, Non-Executive Chairman, said:

"Netrove is a long term shareholder and continuing supporter of Galasys Plc. The sale of Galasys shares by Netrove, announced on 13 April was to enable Beijing Shiji Information Technology Co. Ltd (Shiji) to take their shareholding in Galasys to 20%, thus helping to cement the important strategic alliance between Shiji and Galasys."

"The opportunity to acquire 1,200,000 Galasys shares arose after the agreed sale to Shiji and we are delighted to be able to replace a portion of the shares we sold to accommodate Shiji.
