Update to Extraordinary General Meeting

Further to the announcement on 14 December 2015, the Company announces that an English High Court order (the "Court Order") was received on 24 December 2015, and accordingly the Extraordinary General Meeting has been adjourned until a later date. A further announcement relating to the Court Order will be made in due course.
