Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
Notification of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") dealing in ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares").
The Company received notification on 9 August 2019 that Joseph Brandt, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, had acquired an interest in 47,400 of the Company's Shares on 8 August 2019.
Additionally, the Company received notification on 9 August 2019 that Ruth Cairnie, Non-Executive Director of the Company, and her person closely associated had acquired an interest in 25,000 of the Company's Shares.
