Gleeson(M J)Group PLC21 January 2008 M J GLEESON GROUP PLC (the "Company") 21 January 2008 Total Voting Rights As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 52,273,985 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 2 pence each ("OrdinaryShares"). Of this total, 17,050 Ordinary shares are held on behalf of Lloyds TSB OffshoreTrust Company Limited in their capacity as trustees of the Company's employeeshare schemes and these shares do not carry voting rights. The Company does nothold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 52,256,935.
