In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR), the total number of issued ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") is 54,587,753 as at the date of this announcement. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
