Gleeson(M J)Group PLC09 March 2007 M J GLEESON GROUP PLC (the "Company") 9 March 2007 Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging ManagementResponsibilities ("PDMRs") The Company was advised yesterday that, on 5 March 2007, the Directors andPersons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinaryshares in the Company at a purchase price of £4.0525 per Ordinary Share througha Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has beenapproved by the Inland Revenue. In addition, the Company has been advised thatthe following Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilitiesacquired Ordinary Shares in the Company at a purchase price of £4.075 perOrdinary Share through the reinvestment of the dividend earned on the Sharesoriginally acquired through the Scheme.
