Statement re. Press Comment 

Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd (AIM: GKP), notes the press comment today and can confirm that RBC Capital Markets ("RBC") and Gulf Keystone have agreed that RBC will terminate its engagement as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company. RBC currently continues to act as Nominated Adviser while Gulf Keystone seeks an alternative Nominated Adviser. The Company expects to be in a position to announce the appointment of a new Nominated Adviser in the next few weeks.
