Shaikan Payments Update

Gulf Keystone confirms that a gross payment of $56.1 million ($43.9 million net to GKP) has been received from the Kurdistan Regional Government ("KRG"). The payment is comprised of gross $58.2 million ($45.5 million net to GKP) for Shaikan crude oil sales during May 2022 and a gross adjustment of $2.1 million ($1.6 million net to GKP) related to a backdated pipeline tariff increase for 2021.
