Dividend Payment
At Gulf Keystone's Annual General Meeting on 18 June 2021, shareholders approved the distribution of a special dividend of $25 million.
The payment is equivalent to 11.697 US cents per Common Share of the Company. It has been converted into pounds sterling at a rate of $1:£0.71618 prevailing on 29 July 2021, and hence a dividend of 8.377p per Common Share will be paid on 6 August 2021 to those shareholders on the register of members of the Company as at 30 July 2021.
