Result of Annual General Meeting
Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham", "Company"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management, announces that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 3 April 2023 were duly passed by shareholders by means of a poll vote at today's AGM.
The results of the poll for each resolution are set out below:

· | The issued share capital of the Company as at 23 May 2023 was 83,644,458 ordinary shares of 5p each. No shares are held in treasury. |
