Issue of Equity
The Company advises that an application has been made for 187,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and to listing on the Official List of the UKLA. The application relates to the issue of shares under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Plan 2010 and the Enterprise Management Incentive Plan 2010 following an exercise of employee share options.
The 187,500 new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with all existing Ordinary Shares. Dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence at 8 a.m. on 12 February 2014. The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue following the issue of these new ordinary shares will be 60,723,478. The Company currently holds no shares in treasury.
The above figure (60,723,478) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
