General Meeting Proceedings
Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham", "Company"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management, hereby provides further information regarding proceedings of the General Meeting being held on 21 June 2021 at 10.00 am at its registered office at Aldermary House, 10-15 Queen Street, London EC4N 1TX.
As announced on 1 June 2021, and as further set out in the Circular and Notice of General Meeting, shareholders are requested not to attend the Company's office for the meeting in person due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and are instead encouraged to follow the live proceedings of the General Meeting using the Investor Meet Company platform.
Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00 am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation. Shareholders can sign up to Investor Meet Company for free and add to meet GRESHAM TECHNOLOGIES PLC via the following link:

Shareholders who already follow GRESHAM TECHNOLOGIES PLC on the Investor Meet Company platform will automatically be invited to follow the Company's General Meeting.
Any person who nonetheless travels to attend the General Meeting in person should be aware that they may, based on prevailing circumstances, be denied entry or be required to comply with certain COVID-19 health and safety measures. At the present time, such health and safety measures are expected to include a temperature check, use of sanitiser, wearing of face masks, social distancing and a maximum capacity. The Company reserves the right to make changes to such measures without prior notice.
