Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT" or the "Company") announces that on 25 April 2019, Imogen Joss, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,236 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 95.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Ordinary Shares, being equivalent to 0.008 per cent. of GHT's voting share capital represent Imogen Joss' only holding in the Company.
