Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT" or the "Company") announces that on 03 April 2019, Tom Mullan, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 10,940 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 91.4 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Ordinary Shares, being equivalent to 0.02 per cent. of GHT's voting share capital and 300,000 share options previously awarded, represent Tom Mullan's only holdings in the Company.
