On 5 January 2011, the Company was notified of the following transaction that took place on that day, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
Ken Archer (Non-Executive Chairman) and persons connected to him purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares"), representing 0.17% of the outstanding share capital of the Company, at a price of 28.5 pence per Share. This purchase represents Mr. Archer's total beneficial interest in the Shares.
The percentages shown above are based on the Company's issued share capital of 58,135,978.
