Notification of Interest and Director's Dealings
Gresham Computing plc (the "Company") has received notification that on 22 June 2010, Kestrel Opportunities, a cell of Guernsey Portfolios PCC Limited ("Kestrel Opportunities"), acquired 850,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 14 pence per share.
Kestrel Partners LLP, which Max Royde (Non-executive Director of the Company) is a partner of and holds a beneficial interest in, is the investment manager to Kestrel Opportunities. Mr Royde is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities. This holding represents approximately 3.7 per cent of the Company's issued share capital as enlarged by the recent Placing announced on 29 April 2010.
As previously announced on 11 June 2010, Mr Royde also holds 41,500 ordinary shares and his wife holds 972 ordinary shares in the Company in aggregate representing approximately 0.1 per cent of the issued shares of the Company.
