Notice of results and analyst and private investor presentations

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham" or the "Group"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time data integrity and control solutions, confirms that it expects to announce its interim results for the six months to 30 June 2019 on 23 July 2019.

There will be a presentation for analysts at 10.00 a.m. and a separate presentation for private and retail investors at 4.30 p.m., both to be held on Tuesday 23 July 2019 at the offices of N+1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX.
