Gresham Computing plc (LSE: GHT), the specialist provider of real-time financial solutions, confirms that Andrew Walton-Green resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer and Director on 28 April 2010, as was indicated in our Annual Financial Report Announcement dated 28 April 2010 and issued today.
Eric Sepkes, Chairman, commented:
"The Board thanks Andrew for all his work at Gresham and wishes him every success for the future. While we search for a replacement, our Finance Director, Chris Errington, will be acting CEO."
