Gresham Computing plc, the specialist provider of software based solutions that enable customers to achieve real-time financial certainty in transaction and cash management, is pleased to announce the following significant contact win.
The Board is pleased to announce that a leading Tier 1 bank (the "Bank") has contracted with Gresham to purchase CTC for use in its wholesale banking business globally. The contract has an initial term of 20 years and is expected to generate revenues of approximately US$15m over that period.
Chris Errington, CEO of Gresham, commented:
"We are delighted to be working with this new customer to deploy CTC, our innovative matching and reconciliation real-time technology. The Bank selected CTC, following a competitive tender, as the technology that best met their forward-looking criteria for functionality, flexibility and performance."
