Block Listing Application

Gooch & Housego PLC, the specialist manufacturer of optical components and systems, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing application of 97,658 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Gooch & Housego Long Term Incentive Plan 2013.

Upon exercise, the Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 3 January 2019.
