Application has been made to AIM for admission of 63,492 Ordinary Shares of 20p each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options.

Admission is expected to become effective on 25 January 2011
