Application has been made to AIM for a block admission of securities in respect of 142,165 Ordinary Shares of 20p each in the Company (the "Shares").
These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued from time to time, pursuant to the exercise of options under the following schemes:

The Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing shares in issue. Admission is expected to become effective on 23 December 2015
