Gooch & Housego PLC, the specialist manufacturer of optical components and systems, announces that further to the announcement of 11 July 2016 regarding the acquisition of Kent Periscopes, the Company has applied for the admission to trading on AIM of 32,755 new G&H ordinary shares of 20p each, which is expected to commence on 13 December 2018. The shares will be issued pursuant to the deferred contingent consideration based upon the performance of Kent Periscopes since its acquisition.
