Galliford Try plc
On 23 October 2018 the following options over ordinary shares of 50 pence in Galliford Try plc (the "Company") were granted under the Galliford Try plc 2005 Sharesave Savings Related Share Option Plan (renewed by shareholders on 13 November 2015) (the "Sharesave Plan") to the Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"), as listed below:
