Director Declaration - Non-Executive Appointment

Galliford Try plc, the housebuilding, regeneration and construction group, confirms that, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Peter Ventress, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, has been appointed as a non-executive director and Chairman designate of Bunzl plc, the specialist international distribution and services Group, with effect from 1 June 2019. He will assume the role of Chairman of the Board and of the Nomination Committee to succeed the current Chairman, Philip Rogerson, who will retire at the conclusion of Bunzl plc's Annual General Meeting in April 2020.

In addition, Peter Ventress will retire from the Board of Softcat plc on 31 December 2019.
