Director Declaration - Non-Executive Appointment

Galliford Try, one of the UK's leading construction groups, announces that Peter Ventress, Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Board, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Howden Joinery Group Plc with effect from 1 July 2022. As previously announced, on 15 March 2022, Peter intends to step down and leave Galliford Try on 21 September 2022.
