Galliford Try plc, the housebuilding and construction group, confirms that, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Graham Prothero, Group Finance Director, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Marshalls plc with effect from the close of Marshalls plc's Annual General Meeting on 10 May 2017.
