RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
UPDATE ON PROGRESS AT CAIJIAYING
At the annual general meeting held today of the shareholders of Griffin Mining Limited ("Griffin" or the "Company"), all resolutions were duly passed.
