Result of General Meeting and Total Voting Rights
Gfinity plc (AIM: GFIN), a world-leading esports solutions provider, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today have been passed. As a result, the 168,160,833 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company being issued pursuant to the subscription and placing of shares announced on 2 April 2020 (the "Placing") are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 23 April 2020 ("Admission") to complete the Placing.
Details of the subscriptions in the Placing by certain directors of the Company were announced on 2 April 2020 and are set out in the tables at the end of this announcement.
Total Voting Rights
On Admission, the Company will have 704,563,753 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue, each with one voting right. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of ordinary shares and voting rights is 704,563,753.
The above figure of 704,563,753 may be used by shareholders from Admission as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
