 Board changes

Further to the announcement on 1 September 2023, Genuit Group plc ("Genuit", the "Company" or the "Group"), a leading provider of sustainable water and climate management solutions for the built environment, today announces that Tim Pullen has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and a member of the Genuit Board with effect from 1 November 2023.

Tim brings a broad range of public market experience through a variety of fast-paced and dynamic businesses, having served as CFO of IQE plc, an AIM listed manufacturer of advanced semiconductor materials from 2019 to 2023, as CFO of Arm Limited from 2017 to 2019 and having held senior finance positions in 02/Telefonica UK, Serco plc and Logica plc prior to that.

Joe Vorih, Chief Executive Officer, said:

Tim has already made an impressive contribution as Interim CFO and brings extensive public market experience that will complement our Executive Management Team."

The Company confirms that there is no further information concerning Tim Pullen which requires notification under LR9.6.13R of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.

The Company also announces that Mark Hammond, Non-Executive Director, retired from the Board on 31 October 2023.
