Board changes

Genuit Group plc announces that Louise Hardy will step down as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee on 30 September 2022 to pursue other opportunities, having served as a Non-Executive Director since June 2018 and Chair of the Remuneration Committee since February 2019. Lisa Scenna will be appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from the same date.

The Board would like to thank Louise for her valuable contribution over the last four years and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
