Director Declaration

Following its announcement on 7 October 2021, Genuit Group plc (the "Company") confirms that Martin Payne, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Stelrad Group PLC following its successful IPO and unconditional admission to trading on 10 November 2021.

This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14 (2).
