Board Committee changes

Genuit Group plc (the "Company" or the "Group") announces that with effect from 21 March 2022, Ron Marsh stepped down as Chair of the Nomination Committee, but will remain a member of the Committee. Mark Hammond, Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as Chair of the Nomination Committee with effect from the same date.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
