DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company received notification on 12th October, 2020 of the following transactions in which Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin, Directors of the Company, are interested:
On 9th October 2020, J. M. Securities (No. 3) Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S. Goodwin have a beneficial interest, purchased 30,648 ordinary shares at a price of £31.00 per share from the following persons:
Mr. M. S. Goodwin 7,662 shares
Mr. S. R. Goodwin 7,662 shares
Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin 7,662 shares
Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin 7,662 shares
The following Executive Directors, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert with former Executive Directors Mr. J. W.
