Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and notice of AGM
genedrive plc (AIM: GDR), the point of care pharmacogenetic testing company, announces that its 2023 Annual Report and Accounts are now available on the Company's website http://www.genedriveplc.com/investor-relations/company-reports.php.
The Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and hard copies of the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders on or around 6 December 2023.
The Company's AGM will be held at 10am on 29 December 2023 at 46-48 Grafton Street, Manchester M13 9XX.
