Additional Listing and Director's exercise of options
Epistem Holdings Plc (LSE: EHP, "Epistem" or "the Company"), the personalised medicine and biotechnology company, announces that 63,112 new ordinary shares of £0.015 each (the "New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted pursuant to the exercise of options under the terms of the 2007 Epistem EMI scheme.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to be effective on 15 May 2015 and, when issued, the New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, Epistem will have 10,073,218 ordinary shares of £0.015 in issue.
Epistem also announces that on 11 May 2015 the Company was notified that David Evans, who has today retired as a Director of the Company, exercised options earlier today over 62,112 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 120p per share. Following this exercise, David Evans has a beneficial interest in 160,957 ordinary shares which represents 1.6% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
