Epistem (AIM: EHP) announces that 239,666 new ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each (the "New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted pursuant to the exercise of options under the Epistem Holdings Plc EMI Share Option Scheme.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to be effective on 8th May, 2014 and, when issued, the New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
Following the admission to trading of the New Ordinary Shares, Epistem will have 10,004,906 ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each in issue.
