Goldplat plc16 October 2007 16 October 2007 GOLDPLAT PLC ("GOLDPLAT" or the "COMPANY") Significant Shareholdings The Company was informed on 15 October 2007 that as a result of a disposal of10,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each of Goldplat at a price of 10p per share,Artemis Trustees Limited as trustees of the Perseus Settlement now owns a totalinterest of 46,100,000 shares representing 42.29% of the Company's issued sharecapital. The Company was informed on 15 October 2007 that as a result of the purchase of5,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 10p per share in Goldplat onFriday 12th October, Sirius Resources Fund I Ltd now owns a total interest of10,150,000 shares representing 9.31% of the Company's issued share capitalthrough its custodian Credit Suisse (Gibraltar) ltd.
