In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 1 December 2016, the Company's issued share capital consists of 733,111,481 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each with voting rights.
The above figure of 733,111,481 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
