In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, GCP Infra would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 31 March 2025, the Company has in issue 884,797,669 ordinary shares of which 32,525,112 are held in treasury.
For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure of 852,272,557 voting rights when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
