In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules,Ā theĀ CompanyĀ would like to notify the market that as at 30 September 2013, the issued share capital of GCM Resources consisted ofĀ 62,861,031 ordinary shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in GCM Resources is 62,861,031.

The above total voting rights figure may be used byĀ shareholdersĀ as the denominator for theĀ calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, GCM Resources under theĀ Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
