Share Issue
GCM Resources plc ("GCM" or the "Company"), a resource exploration and development company, is pleased to advise that further to its announcement on 29 August 2013 the share placement has been completed and 11,700,007 shares have accordingly been issued and allotted.
The issued share capital of the Company now consists of 62,861,031 ordinary shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in GCM Resources is 62,861,031.
Application has been made to The London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 20th September 2013.
