Share Issue
GCM Resources plc ("GCM" or the "Company"), a resource exploration and development company, advises that a final fee is payable for the services of Mr Greg James, former non-executive director of the Company, which is to be settled by the issue of shares in accordance with an agreement on 26 June 2013.
Consequently, GCM has today allotted 12,500 ordinary shares to the company through which Mr Greg James provided services and in which he is beneficially interested.
Application has been made to The London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 28th August 2013.
