Change to the Board of Directors

GCM Resources plc (AIM:GCM), a resource exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that Dato' MD Wira Dani Bin Abdul Daim has been appointed to the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

GCM also announces that Neil Herbert has notified the Company of his decision to resign from the Board as Non-Executive Director with effect from today to pursue other business interests.

Michael Tang, Executive Chairman, commented: "I am particularly pleased to welcome Dato' MD Wira Dani Bin Abdul Daim to the Board of GCM.
