Member of Company Supervisory Committee requests Leave of Absence

On 9 January 2014, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that on 8 January 2014 the Company had received a notice from Mr. Carlos A. P. Di Candia, a member of the Supervisory Committee, requesting a leave of absence from his position from 16 January 2014 up to and including 2 February 2014, automatically reassuming his position on 3 February 2014.

Mr. Di Candia will be replaced by Mr. Miguel Angel Mazzei, alternate member of the Supervisory Committee, pursuant to the Argentine Business Associations Law, the Bylaws of the Company and the decision adopted at the General Annual Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 25 April 2013.
