Grupo Clarín Informs New Company Authorities

On 23 December 2022, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") disclosed through the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, the list of the Company's authorities, as from 1 January 2023, following the appointment of Mrs. Verónica Alejandra Beratz as Alternate Director appointed by the Class "A" shareholders and Mr. Martín Gonzalo Etchevers as Director appointed by the Class "C" shareholders resolved by the Shareholders' Meetings held on 23 December 2022, and the positions allocated to each appointed director at the meeting held on the same date.
