President of Grupo Clarín's Board of Directors takes Leave of Absence

On 8 June 2023, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Company's Board of Directors had accepted the leave of absence requested by its president, Mr. Jorge C. Rendo, from (and including) 6 June 2023 to (and including) 23 June 2023. Mr. Rendo will resume his position automatically as from 26 June 2023.

The Board of Directors also resolved that Mr. Francisco Iván Acevedo shall substitute for Mr. Rendo as full member for the duration of Mr. Rendo's leave; and that Mr. Héctor Mario Aranda shall act as President of the Board of Directors in Mr. Rendo´s absence.
